We may collect personal information from third-party sources, including professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn, data providers such as Apollo.io and ZoomInfo, job boards such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter, as well as referrals and publicly available sources.

We process personal information for legitimate business purposes, including identifying and recruiting candidates for employment opportunities, presenting candidate profiles to prospective employers with appropriate authorization, communicating with candidates and clients regarding opportunities or hiring needs, managing client relationships and service delivery, conducting market research, compensation analysis, and talent mapping, improving website functionality and user experience, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

A. Clients and Prospective Employers
Candidate information may be shared with clients strictly for recruiting and placement purposes and only in accordance with candidate authorization and standard industry practices.

B. Service Providers and Technology Platforms
We utilize third-party service providers and platforms to support our business operations, including recruiting, candidate sourcing, communication, data management, and analytics. These providers may process personal information on our behalf. Such providers include applicant tracking systems such as Recruiterflow, communication platforms such as RingCentral, data intelligence and sourcing platforms such as Apollo.io and ZoomInfo, professional networking and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and candidate sourcing platforms such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter, as well as cloud storage, hosting, IT infrastructure providers, and analytics and website performance tools.

Personal information may be collected from or shared with these platforms in connection with legitimate recruiting activities, candidate sourcing, and client service delivery. Where personal information is obtained from publicly available sources or third-party platforms, such information is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the respective terms and conditions of those platforms. All such third-party providers are engaged under contractual or commercially reasonable obligations to safeguard personal information and use it solely for authorized business purposes.

C. Legal and Regulatory Requirements
We may disclose personal information where required to do so by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or others.

D. Business Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
